Correa Alba – also known as the Botany Bay Tea Tree and the White Correa. This freely branching evergreen shrub of Australian origin (height 2 metres) bears clusters of short, bell-shaped, sometimes pink tinted, waxy white flowers from early summer to late autumn. It makes a great conservatory specimen plant. It should be hardy down to about -5 degrees centigrade and withstands coastal exposure. Plant in well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade or use to create an informal hedge or as a container plant.
