Delivery in Mainland UK:
There is no minimum order value. The minimum delivery charge is £17.00 for all orders up to and including £49.99. A large selection of large 3-4 litre plants that can be delivered for a £17.00 delivery charge. For orders between and including £50.00 – £99.00 the delivery charge is £34. For orders between £100.00 and £999.00 the delivery charge is £55. All these prices include VAT, delivery and packaging. There are no extra charges added.

Your delivery charge will be automatically calculated as you proceed through the online purchasing process.

For a limited time only orders over £1000.00 placed in 2017 will be delivered FREE throughout mainland UK *subject to order confirmation – please phone 01736 763 880 to confirm your items before making payment online.

If you are unsure about the cost of delivery or have an order for a large number of items or heavy trees/plants, please call us on 01736 763 880 or email sales@trevenacross.co.uk We will be happy to provide you with a personal quote and confirm delivery is possible to your location. We generally send large orders on pallets as we have found this to be the most cost-effective way, but we will need to speak with you about this before confirming delivery.

The above delivery charges apply to weekday delivery. If you are not home during weekdays, please include delivery instructions (and a contact telephone number) when you place your order. Saturday delivery is available for an additional surcharge.

Delivery outside mainland UK
We are able to send most orders by a carrier to non-mainland UK, for example, The Channel Islands. Please email or ring us, so we can create a bespoke quotation for you at no additional charge.

Returns:
We make every effort to ensure we consistently supply high-quality plants and are proud of having over 40 years of high customer satisfaction levels. We do however recognise that occasionally problems can arise and in such instances will do our best to resolve them swiftly.
Please notify us within two days of receipt of your plant(s) if you are not satisfied with your purchase(s) or if they have arrived in an unsatisfactory condition. We will look to replace or exchange them. In the rare event that we have no more in stock, we will be happy to discuss a suitable substitute or refund.

Please note that the responsibility for the growth and performance of the plants following delivery rests with you the purchaser, as we have no control over the aftercare of the plants or the growing conditions that they may be subjected to once they have left our premises.
