We have got 3 pictures of Dasylirion longissimum

This exotic looking spikey succulent has stiff, slightly fleshy, olive green leaves up to 1.5m long. These eventually form a trunk after many years 1-2m high with a spread of 1.5m. In hot years a tall flower spike with bell shaped white flowers is produced in the summer. Must have very well drained soil with plenty of grit and full sun to grow well. Can also be grown in containers. Hardy with us to about minus 6 degrees. In shape and form it resembles a spiky Yucca.
