This evergreen shrub from Australia, with silver-backed leaves, is suitable for coastal areas and can reach a height 3-4m/9.8-13ft or more in the right conditions. It has small yellow flowers from spring through summer. It should be planted in very well drained soil, (with added grit) in full sun. Do not add any phosphates! and protect from severe frosts, certainly below -10oC.
