A brightly coloured Phormium reaching to about 1m/3.3ft high and with a similar spread making it ideal for either the garden or growing in larger pots and containers. The leaves are coloured a wonderful peach-purple, green and cream. It should be planted in full sun or partial shade in any soil. Although quite wind hardy it will perform better in a sheltered spot.
Phormium Pink Stripe
An evergreen flax from New Zealand with sword like bronze-green leaves, edged with pink up to 2m/6.5ft tall and 1.5m/4.9ft wide. An exotic looking foliage plant that can grow in full sun or light shade in well-drained soil. Makes a stunning container plant and looks best planted in groups as there are so many varieties to choose from! They also mix well with grasses.
