Also known as the Japanese Maple (max height 3m/9.8ft, max spread 1.4m/4.5ft) this hardy, upright tree has delicate (on appearance) grey-green leaves, margined with lovely creamy-pink tones, which makes for a very attractive, and classy tree. It should be positioned in a partially shady position, and fed a suitable fertiliser.
