More commonly known as Tamarisk, this is an arching deciduous shrub (height and spread 3m/9.8ft) with green needle-like leaves and pretty light pink flowers in mid-late spring or early summer. It's considered hardy but should be sheltered from cold drying winds. Plant in full sun in a well drained sany soil.
