An exciting, ‘new’ variety with attractive silvery-grey leaves, intensely silver on the underside. Brightly coloured with yellow daisy like flowers, and more compact than other varieties, suiting pots or borders in a sunny, well drained position.
Brachyglottis/Scenecio Drysdale
A compact and dense shrub, with wavy dark, silvery-green leaves (and white undersides), which displays lovely contrasting yellow flowers in the summer. Best planted in free draining soil in full sun.
Brachyglottis/Scenecio Rotundifolius
Perhaps not quite as striking as its silver relative but a reliable evergreen coastal shrub, with glossy dark-green, rounded leaves, and small yellow flower heads through summer.
